Thank you for visiting and shopping on the Pollard CNC Spares Limited website. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed on the same day as ordered, delivery will normally be within 1-2 business days depending on the time the order was placed in the day and location within the UK, Europe and the Rest of the World. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, however we can arrange for delivery on the weekend if required.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is available for orders with delivery addresses within the majority of the United Kingdom. TNT do say that some parts of the UK including the highlands of Scotland, parts of Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Guernsey, Jersey and a small area of Wales do not have a guaranteed next day service.
Shipping of goods weighing more than 20kg, do cost more, and we will advise carriage cost where appropriate on a case by case basis. The correct shipment cost will be included in the quote we send after you have made an enquiry.
Same day delivery is available, and they are usually with us within an hour of confirming the booking, occasionally it is longer, depending on how busy they are at the time. If you do need a same day delivery, please contact us and we can quote.
We do ship around the world and can offer various shipping options for customers outside the UK via TNT or DHL, due to the shipping companies dictating prices on weight, size and speed of service, we will give you accurate quotes at the point you request products, for you to chose the best delivery option for your needs.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation and Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Pollard CNC Spares Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of "you" the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Pollard CNC Spares Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, by law the liability passes on to the courier once collected. By law if you received your order damaged and sign for it "undamaged" you are liable, otherwise you should contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We are happy for you to contact us in the event that any products are damaged or lost during shipping, and we will help where we can to get a replacement shipped to you, or offer as much help as possible.
International Shipping Policy
As mentioned above in the Shipping rates and delivery estimates, we ship around the world, and can offer a variety of options from either TNT or DHL. When you find products that you would like to order, please contact us and let us know how quickly you require them, and we will get you a range of shipping quotes to choose from.
